Are you ready for some football!!!!???? Yes it is that time of year and SpinzzSports is gonna give you are preview and predictions on this years up coming football season.

Spinzz

NFC

EAST

1st) New York Giants
The defending Super Bowl champs are gonna carry a lot of momentum into this season and have a big chip on their shoulders. Just the way they like it. Even after a Super Bowl win and run for the ages the Giants don't have any respect. The Giants still have the best QB is the NFC East in Eli Manning. As well as the best receiver duo in Nicks and Cruz. This is all with out mentioning the Giants great front 7. The key to this team is how healthy they can stay on defense especially the secondary. The  rookies will be big for the Giants with rookies David Wilson and Ruban Randell. The Giants are as talented as anyone in football the key is gonna be health.

2nd) Philadelphia Eagles

The "Dream Team" is back again for another run. This year Philly comes in with less hype and more pressure. Pressure on the coach Andy Reid and the start Mike Vick. Philly last year turned it on last year at the end and almost made the playoffs. Philly still has a lot of talent with a very good Defense and the best running back in the NFC LeSean McCoy . Philly will be explosive with Jeremy Maclin and Deasaun Jackson. Look for Philly to be as fun of a team to watch as anyone.

3rd) Dallas Cowboys

Every season people are so high on the Cowboys and they dont live up to the expectations. Dallas on offense can be as good as anyone with Romo, Murray, Dez, Miles, Witten, and up and coming Dwyane Harris. They also have one of the past pass rushers in DeMarcus Ware and have top draft pick Morris Claiborne coming in to help the secondary. To me Dallas is good but isnt better then the other two teams ahead of them. While I do think the NFC East will be close all year I think the Cowboys are gonna be the odd team out.

4th)  Washington Redskins
The team that will be a tough team to beat for the rest of the East the Redskins are a team that could be a problem. While I think that other then drafting Robert Griffin III the Redskins had a bad draft. This year with RG3 they can be a hard out. With additions like Pierre Gercon  to go along side of Fred Davis and Santana Moss the Skins offensively can be a fun team to watch. The key on defense is on Brian Orakpo who at one time was as good as anyone in the league.

North

1st) Green Bay Packers
The top team in the NFL all of last year will be back on top of the North this year be it wont be as easy. The Packers still have Aaron Rodgers and a good receiving core. I do also thinking that the Green Bay  defense is gonna be a lot better this year coming off a disappointing season last year. The Packers will be a force again but not as big as a force as last year.

2nd) Chicago Bears
The sleeper for me in this year. The Bears reloaded this off season picking up Brandon Marhsall and rookie Alshon Jefferey who I think will be one of the top rookies this year. Matt Forte has a new contract and Jay Cutler has some more weapons finally to help out his great talent. Devin Hester is still one of the best kick off returners in the game to help the special teams. The one question mark and the reason I dint pick them to win the North is the health of the defense lead by Brian Urlacher and Julius Peppers. If healthy the Bears can win the North if they aren't healthy it can stop them from doing special  things this season.

3rd) Detroit Lions
One of the surprise teams of last season the Lions are back and have the rest of the league on notice. Lead by the great duo of Calvin Johnson and Mathew Stafford who both had career years last year. The Lions are gonna look to repeat what they did last year. The young d line of Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley will look to keep getting better and lead the Lions on the defensive side of the ball. I think it will be a little harder for them with everyone else in the NFC  getting better and the Lions I feel stood at the same level. while they will be a good team I think the lack of a run game and help for Calvin will hold them down a little this season.

4th) Minnesota Vikings
Another tough season  looks to be coming for the Vikings this season. With the health of Adrian Peterson up in the air. As well as questions about young Quarter Back Christian Ponder. They do have Percey Harvin and Jared Allen two very exciting players to watch. They also drafted Mat Kalil to help the o line out to help out Pounder. All that being said it still is a long time before we see the Vikings back to the top of the NFC North.

SOUTH
1st) Atlanta Falcons
If Atlanta is gonna make the next step this is the year. Atlanta is gonna have another year with Julio Jones  and Roddy White together with Matt Ryan. The Falcons are gonna limit Turners touches which is gonna be a good thing in the long hall. I think that the Falcons have to a will get off to a fast start I think they will and I think they will win this division.

2nd) New Orleans Saints   The most talked about team this off season for the wrong reasons. I am not gonna sit here and talk about all that happened to them this off season with bounty gate. Drew Brees is one of the top Qbs in the game and that offense is explosive, but I think that missing all the parts on defense that they are early on is gonna hurt. As well as missing their head coach and the schedule is not easy either. I think they will start out slow and it will be to much for them to over come.

3rd) Carolina Panthers
The sleeper of this division the Panthers are on the rise. Lead by Cam Newton and an explosive offense the Panthers are a team to watch. The Panthers have done a lot to improve on the defense side of the ball with draft picks and players coming back healthy. If one of the teams ahead of them slip up the Panthers can really make moves. While I think next year the Panthers will be a playoff team I wont be shocked if they make a move this year.

4th) Tampa Bay Buccaneers

A young team that I really like and I think will be improved this year. I think the Bucs are gonna be a team that will play a lot of teams tough this year. Lead by new coach Greg Schiano and third year QB Josh Freeman who I still like and think will be a good QB. They will have a new running back in Doug Martin who plays right into Schianos style of play. Tampa could be a spoiler in the South.

West

1st) San Francisco 49ers
San Fran is king in this is division. Is San Frans defense elite yes it is but I think the schedule will help San Fran out more then anything with the weak competition. The D is good enough to win you add the parts they have on the other side of the ball with Gore, Davis, Crabtree, the rookie LaMichle James, and the new addition Randy Moss. The only question is by how many games with they win this division by.

2nd) Seattle Seahawks
Seattle has the talent to make a run but I don't see it happening this year. They have an up and coming defense and a big time running back in Marshawn Lynch. To me they have two question marks. The first is at the Quarterback position. I like Russell Wilson I think he is gonna be a real good player but I think in a year or two but not this season. The second is who is gonna make a big play at the wide receiver position. Those two points I think will hold them back a little bit this season.

3rd) Arizona Cardinals
No team is one player away from being a playoff team like the Cardinals. If this team can get a good Quarterback they are a playoff team. Larry Fitzgerald is to me as good as any receiver in the game and they finally got another good receiver to go along side him in Michael Floyd. They have two solid running back in Beane Wells and Ryan Williams who need to stay healthy. On defense they have the next Ed Reed in Patrick Peterson who is going to be a superstar. They aren't gonna go anywhere until they get that Quarterback and Skelton or Kolb wont do it.

4th) St. Louis Rams
What a difference a year makes. Last season many people thought that the Rams were gonna be the team to beat in this division. Now it looks like the Rams are a few years away from returning to greatness. They do have some building blocks. A new coach in Jeff Fisher a young Quarterback in Sam Bradford with running back Stephen Jackson. They also have a lot of young parts on defense. The Rams still have a lot to work on before they can think about the playoffs its rebuilding time in St.Louis.

Wild Card Teams: Bears and Eagles

AFC

EAST
1st) New England Patriots
This is the most loaded team in the AFC. They are loaded on offense they have the best group of weapons in the NFL as well as the best Quarterback in the AFC. The addition of Brandon Lloyd to go along with the other weapons like Wes Welker and the TE duo in Rob Gronkowski and Aaron Hernandez. I also think the Pats D will be improved they showed signs of it at the end of last year and now they add rookies Chandler Jones and Dont'a Hightower. This team is not only the class of the AFC East but the AFC in a whole.

2nd) Buffalo Bills

The Bills come into this season with a lot of expectations for the first time in a long time. They have weapons like Steve Johnson and CJ Spiller. As well as  having players like Fred Jackson coming back from injury and signing Marino Williams to help the pass rush the Bills have a great shot to do big things this season. The Bills also drafted Stephon Gilmore to help the defense as well. Ryan Fitrzpatrick will be the key this season. If he can play like he did in the first half of last season all year this year the Bills can finally break through and make the playoffs.

3rd) New York Jets

The side show off the NFL the New York Jets. The Jets made big news this off season by getting Tim Tebow and putting more pressure on Mark Sanchez. The Jets have the best corner in the game and one of the best defenses that's not a question. Rex Ryan to me is a defensive guru, but still to me the Jets are a train wreck waiting to happen. There are sources saying they don't have good team chemistry and have a bad locker room. They don't have any weapons on offense Santonio Holmes is a number 2 wide receiver. I think that by the end of the season Tim Tebow will be the starting QB and the Jets are gonna be looking at rebuilding instead of Super Bowls

4th)   Miami Dolphins
I am gonna be honest I have no idea what the Dolphins are doing. They trade away one of the best receivers in the league Brandon Marshall then they get Chad Johnson. Then after getting Chad Johnson they cut him after he gets arrested. They draft Ryan Tannehill who a lot of people needs time to develop but then they make him the week 1 starter. New coach Joe Philbin has his work cut out for him this year.

North
1st) Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens were a drop and a missed kick away from going to the Super Bowl that will fuel them this year that and the though that this could be the last year for Ray Lewis and Ed Reed. The Ravens have Ray Rice who I think is the bets running back in the game. Along with Joe Flaco who I feel is making a step forward and he proved that last season by outplaying Tom Brady in the AFC Championship game. They have weapons for him in Boldin, Smith, and Dickson. They drafted Courrtney Upshaw who I think could be the best rookie defender so the Ravens are ready. The one thing that will hurt them is losing Terrell Suggs for at least the first 6 games of the season.

2nd) Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers are still feeling the sting of the playoff lose last year to the Broncos and that will make them come out with a chip on their shoulder. While the defense is older they still are one of the best in the league. Offensivly they brought in Tod Haley which I think is gonna be a great move to go with the weapons they have in Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown. They still have Big Ben who is a two time super bowl champion so Big Ben will get the job done. As well as Mike Tomlin one of the best coaches in the league so the Steelers will still be formidable.

3rd) Cincinnati Bengals
The best young and coming team in football. The Bengals have a great young duo in Andy Dalton and AJ Green. Cincy surprised a lot of people last season when everyone thought they would be rebuilding instead they made a run to the playoffs. While they wont sneak up on anyone this year I still think they are gonna be a good team with a very good defense and could be a playoff team once again.

4th) Cleveland Browns
The Browns made good strides during the off season through the draft. They drafted top running back prospect Trent Richardson and latter on drafted polish rookie Brandon Weeden. The Browns still have some work to do. The defense is one of the worst in football outside of Joe Haden and they have the worst group of receivers and tight ends in football. Until they get that all figured out last place will be the Browns for a long time.

South
1st) Houston Texans
The Texans are in the same boat as the 49ers. They are a dominate team in a weak division. They have an explosive offense with the three headed monster of Forster, Johnson, and Schuab. With a explosive defense that gets to the Quarterback. The thing that hurts them every season is the health. If they stay healthy they are a Super Bowl team if not its gonna be another disappointing season.

2nd) Indianapolis Colts
I know this is going to shock a lot of people but I think the Colts have a shot in this weak division to make some moves. The Colts are gonna be in their first official year without Peyton Manning  They still have vets like Reggie Wayne, Dwight Freeney, and Robert Mathis. To go along with top pick rookie QB Andrew Luck. I think the Colts are gonna be a lot better and be around 500 and in this division that will get them second place. Also look for Reggie Wayne to have a bounce back season.

3rd) Tennessee Titans

This is an important year for the Titans. They are starting second year QB Jake Locker who have a lot of question around him asking if he can be the guy. They have a talented receiving core that have a tough time staying on the field with Kenny Brit and Nate Washington. Then there is Chris Johnson who I feel this is a make  or break year. He struggled most of last year because of his hold out. He will need to be the Chris Johnson of a few years ago to give the Titans any chance of winning.

4th) Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jags started the off season good by trading up and drafting stud Wide Receiver Justin Blackmon. Then they were back in the news for the hold out of superstar running back Marius Jones Drew. MJD finally got back in to camp Sunday after his 38 days hold out. It will take a little while for MJD to get back to his old self. Much like the Titans the Jags have this season on the shoulders of Blaine Gabbert. If he makes improvement the Jags could be a decent team this season if not then the Jags might be looking at the first pick in the draft and taking Matt Barkley out of USC.

West
1st) Kansas City Chiefs

This might be a shock to a lot of people but this is the team to watch in this very close division. They are getting back Tony Moeaki, Jamal Charles and Eric Berry who they lost last year because of injury. They have a very promising defense with Brandon Flowers one of the more underrated corner backs in the game today. With Charles and Tony Moeaki back their offense is still very formidable with Dwyane Bowe, Steve Breston and Jon Baldwin. They have one of the best home fields in all of football.  The Chiefs are gonna be playoff bound.

2nd) Denver Broncos

The Broncos went from Tim Tebow to Peyton Manning and they wont make the playoffs? Yes and it has nothing to do with Manning who I think will have a Pro Bowl season. Its the schedule Denver has the toughest schedule in the AFC. While they do have a very solid receiving core in Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker to go along with the running game of Willis McGahee and underrated rookie Ronnie Hillman. The defesne is also solid with Von Miller, Champ Bailey and Elvis Dumervil. As good as they are I think the schedule will be to much for them and they will just miss out.

3rd) San Diego Chargers

Another disappointing season is coming in San Diego. After two years of missing the playoffs the talented Chargers are heading down that road once again. Philp Rivers is as good as any Quarterback in the game today and I think he will have a bounce back season but I don't think it will be enough for them. Next season we will be seeing a whole new team ins San Diego.

4th) Oakland Raiders

The AFC West is so tight that it wouldn't shock me if the Raiders won it. They have the talent on offense with Palmer, McFadden, Moore, and Heyward-Bay. The two things that will hurt them is their health and the inconsistent defense. If they turn those two question marks into positives they will win the division. I don't see that happening.

Wild Card Teams: Steelers and Bengals

MVP:Tom Brady
I think all the weapons he has and the easy schedule  l has big year written all over it for Brady.
NFC Championship: Giants over Bears
I think by the end of the season these will be the best two teams in the NFC and I think the Giants win a close one at home.
AFC Championship: Ravens over Patriots
Ravens get pay back on the Pats after last year as the Ravens finally win the big one over Brady.
Super Bowl: Giants over Ravens
A rematch of a past Super Bowl I see the Giants being to fast for the Ravens and going back to back.

Raff

AFC

EAST

New England Patriots(13-3)- The Pats are clearly the class of this division. The offense is lethal and they devoted much of this past draft to help the defense. Expect another nice win total and playoff berth for the Patriots this season.

Buffalo Bills(8-8)- The Bills started out hot last year but eventually cooled down. They picked up a couple of big time defensive free agents in Mario Williams and Mark Anderson which shows they are serious about competing this season. They have a couple of good RB's in Fred Jackson and C.J. Spiller and if Ryan Fitzpatrick can limit his turnovers this year they have an outside shot at a playoff berth.

NY Jets(7-9)- There was a time where everyone was hyping up Mark Sanchez as the next big thing and the future of the Jets franchise. Except me. Everything I've said about the guy since he came into the league turned out to be true and now he's on the verge of being booed out of town in favor of Tim Tebow. The Jets have a great defense but the offense lacks any type of game breaker. Tebow is the best weapon and he's a QB who can't throw so you tell me how the Jets are suppose to win enough games to make the playoffs. I give them 7 wins here because I think the defense keeps them in a lot of games.

Miami Dolphins(5-11)- The Dolphins are hoping Ryan Tannehill is the answer at QB and even if he is this is going to be a rebuilding year. The defense is solid but the offense outside of Reggie Bush doesn't have any big time weapons. The Dolphins should be welcoming Justin Hunter to the team in next years draft and then they might have a shot at competing. They have to get Tannehill weapons.

North

Cincinnati Bengals(11-5)- Most experts had the Bengals winning anywhere from 2-5 games last year and boy were they wrong. Lead by the rookie combo of QB Andy Dalton and WR AJ Green, the Bengals surprised everyone by going 9-7 and making the playoffs. They had one of the better drafts in the league in April and I see no reason why this team can't win the division. Dalton is a rising star and AJ Green is already a top 5 WR(soon to be the best). They have the best DT in the game in Geno Atkins and the defense as a whole is underrated. I expect the Bengals to sweep the Browns and one of the Ravens or Steelers and win this division.

Baltimore Ravens(10-6)- The AFC North is a tough divison to predict because it has 3 legit playoff contending teams in it and one of them is the Ravens. The Ravens D is always among the leagues best and the offense isn't half bad either. Ray Rice is a monster and Joe Flacco while overrated is a serviceable QB and can make some big time throws. The big MNF matchup vs the Bengals will be telling of who might win this division.

Pittsburgh Steelers(8-8)- Steelers are very capable of winning 10 or 11 games this year but I just don't see it. I think the Bengals and Ravens will give them 3 or maybe 4 losses together. They have a new offensive coordinator, and a banged up backfield. I think teams will gameplan against Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown and force this team to run the ball. Add in the questionable O line to the injuries they have they won't be that effectice running. I expect a mediocre year from the Steelers.

Cleveland Browns(5-11)- I really feel for Browns fans. Year after year they get pounded by the big guns in the divison and just can't seem to find any answers at QB or RB. You think Peyton Hillis might be the future of the franchise and then the madden coverboy is on his way to Kansas City for a backup role. It sucks. This year they made a good pick in Trent Richardson. He will be a big time player in this league. Their starting QB is another '12 draft pick in Brandon Weeden which was a questionable one but a pick I think will be successful. Yes, he's 28 years old but Weeden is a baller. He will have at least 8 good years so why not take the risk. So don't jump off the bridge yet Browns fans, these guys combined with the solid D they had last year could end up being a recipe for success down the road.

South

Houston Texans(11-5)- The Texans have weapons all over the field on offense and an up and coming defense. The AFC South used to be the Colts divison but it seems to have shifted towards the Texans. With guys like Arian Foster, Andre Johnson, and Matt Schaub, the Texans won't have any trouble scoring. The only concern I have with this team is the big guns I just mentioned staying healthy. On defense they are getting better. JJ Watt is on his way to becoming a dominant player and Johnathan Joseph is a good corner. They should win this divison easily.

Tennessee Titans(8-8)- Chris Johnson will be better and Kenny Britt should play in 15 games this season but I think they win one less game then last year. Jake Locker will be a great QB in time but I think he will have his ups and downs.

Jacksonville Jaguars(6-10)- 6 games might be being generous for this team but I think they show up and cause problems for a lot of teams. They have MJD who is one of the best and most consistent running backs in the game. Blaine Gabbert is still learning to say the least but a guy like Justin Blackmon will make your life easier.

Indianapolis Colts(5-11)- Andrew Luck is good but he's not getting this team anywhere near contention by himself. I like what they are doing though. They need to build a solid core around Luck. One player I like that they drafted is reciever T.Y. Hilton. In a league where speed kills he should make noise in passing game and return game.

West

Kansas City Chiefs(10-6)- Despite all the injuries they had, and they had devastating ones to key players, the Chiefs still had a chance to make the playoffs last season. This season your getting Eric Berry, Jamaal Charles, Matt Cassel, and Tony Moeaki back from injury. If these guys stay injury free the Cheifs are a playoff team.

Oakland Raiders(10-6)- If Darren McFadden is healthy the Raiders are scary. The Raiders dealt for Carson Palmer last season and saw mixed results but that was without McFadden. With him in the fold for a full year Palmer won't have to air it out as much as he did last season and won't have to force so many passes. Darrius Heyward Bay, Jacoby Ford, and Denarius Moore might be the fastest trio of recievers we've ever seen. These guys are heaches for defenses and I expect the Raiders to be a force this year.

Denver Broncos(8-8)- This would be a disapointment obviously because the Broncos won a playoff game last year with Tim Tebow and are replacing Tebow with Peyton Manning. I honestly see Peyton Manning struggling. I also think he's going to have to prove he can take hits without getting injured because neck injuries are no joke. I like the defense and I like Demaryius Thomas as a reciever but I don't think they will make the playoffs.

San Diego Chargers(7-9)- Phillip Rivers is a top tier QB. Regardless of what happened last year I still believe he can win in this league. However this is not the year. The defense isn't good enough and they just don't have the weapons on offense. Ryan Mathews is injury prone and will miss the start of the season. Vincent Jackson is gone. Rivers can't throw to Antonio 30 times a game. They just don't look good to me.

NFC

NFC East

Philadelphia Eagles(12-4)- This is obviously based on Michael Vick being healthy and playing at least 14 games. They had a ton of hype last year and for good reason. They made some huge signings and on paper looked the part of a contender. But injuries and inconsistent play ruined their chances at any type of successful season. I think this year the hype has died down and they will play well. Vick is as dangerous as they come and with guys like McCoy, Jackson, and Maclin they will have no trouble scoring. The question is weather the defense can pick it up and I think they will.

New York Giants(9-7)- The reigning Super Bowl champs will strunggle at times this year and I think just miss the playoffs. The offense has enough weapons and they have one of the best D lines in the league but in a tough division and with such high expectations I think they underahive. If they continue to play up to competition and not play down to teams like they have in past seasons they can have a nice season but I don't think they do.

Dallas Cowboys(9-7)- The Cowboys should be an 11 or 12 win team but there is always something with this team. I think they are a good team this season but lose a lot of close games. Not a knock on Romo but I just don't trust them as a whole.

Washington Redskins(6-10)- RG3 is the answer at QB and should be a star in this league. But much like Luck his team is not in a position to win a lot of games out of the gate.

NFC South

New Orleans Saints(11-5)- They won't have Sean Payton this year and that might hurt them in a few games but I still see the Saints as a contender this season. Anytime you got a Drew Brees your team is going to win a lot of games. They won't be as good as last season but they should win this divison. If they hope to make any type of run in the playoffs they need to fix the problems on defense.

Atlanta Falcons(10-6)- Matt Ryan should be an elite QB in this league. He's got all the tools and weapons he needs. But for whatever reason he's still not there. And his playoff performences show that. The recievers they have are lethal. Roddy White and Julio Jones are a combo no defense wants to deal with. They are a great home team and I think they make the playoffs again. But will Matt Ryan once again fold under the pressure?

Carolina Panthers(8-8)- Cam Newton is a star in this league and for good reason. He's got a rocket arm and is also great on the ground. The Panthers are on the rise and going in the right direction. They drafted someone who I think is the future best LB in the game in Luke Kuechly. Throw him in with Jon Beason and I think the D should be better then it was last year. While they won't make the playoffs I think they finish .500 and should be a contending team next season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers(5-11)- I don't like the way this team looks at all. The defense is really bad and I think Josh Freeman overachieved his first couple years in the league and this season will resemble the last one he had which was bad. The running game is actually solid. Doug Martin will be the bucs version of Ray Rice and Blount has his moments. But they don't have enough weapons for Freeman to work with for the offense to offset the terrible D.

NFC North

Green Bay Packers(13-3)- Not much you can really say about the Packers. They have a great offense that many teams won't stop and that wins them a lot of games. They came close to perfect last season but this year they'll lose a few.

Detroit Lions(10-6)- The Stafford-Calvin combo won the Lions a lot of games last season. While that combo is impressive, they need other players to step up. They don't have a consistent RB and I think they need to find one. They also need to be better on defense particularly against the pass. Despite the issues I think this team is good enough to record double digit wins.

Chicago Bears(9-7)- The Bears defense is still one of the best in the league. With a veteran like Brian Urlacher still going strong I don't have any worries about that side of the ball. I do have concerns about the offense because of the weak offensive line. If they don't improve that part of their team Jay Cutler won't be able to throw to Brandon Marshall and Forte won't be able to run. This team is still good enough to win 9 games despite all that but for them to make the playoffs they have to fix the issues.

Minnesota Vikings(4-12)- When the heart and soul of your team is coming off an ACL injury and is still uncertain for week one of te regular season that's not a good sign. I think a bad year like the one I think they will have this season is a good thing for them. They will need the high pick to help build this team. Christian Ponder needs a true number 1 reciever otherwise his time as a starting QB will be shortlived.

NFC West

San Francisco 49ers(11-5)- This is a favorable divison for 49ers to be in and I think they'll take advantage of it. They have a top line defense lead by Patrick Willis and Justin Smith. And this past offeseason they've made an effort to get some firepower for the offense. They drafted AJ Jenkins and Lamichael James. They also signed Randy Moss and Mario Manningham. I view Alex Smith more as a game manager then a guy who's gonna make big time throws and win you games with his arm, but based off his playoff game Vs. the Saints and the signings they made I think Smith can have a nice season.

Seattle Seahawks(8-8)- The Seahaws had some nice wins last season and that was with a non existant passing game. They will start Russell Wilson a rookie QB this season and I think he will turn some heads. Wilson is dual threat QB with a ton of heart. He and Marshawn Lynch will lead this offense and I think help the Seahawks pull a few upsets. I also like the young peices on the defense. They have a couple big and physical cornerbacks and some decent peices at linebacker.

Arizona Cardinals(7-9)- Kevin Kolb has been a big time disapointment in Arizona and that has led to John Skelton being named the starter which is not a good thing. Larry Fitz is still there which means the offense will be respectable but with injury prone running backs like Beanie Wells and Ryan Williams and talented WR Michael Floyd buried on the depth chart it's hard for me to see this team competing for a playoff spot. On defense they have one of my favorite up and coming players in Patrick Peterson and not even for his defense. He's the best punt returner in the game right now and single handedly won Arizona some games last season.

St. Louis Rams(4-12)- The Rams are in a tough spot. They have their guy at QB, and at RB, but not much else. I like how they drafted in getting Isiah Pead who will end up being a stud and getting Janoris Jenkins who was the best corner in the draft in my opinion. I feel for a guy like Steven Jackson who gives it his all but his team doesn't have much success. It's going slow but I think the Rams are going in the right direction.
