Spinzz Sports London 2012 Olympic reports
  With the Olympics coming up we are gonna do post and updates on the events leading up to and in London. Lets get to it.


Top overall pick in the NBA draft Anthony Davis is doubtful for the 2012 games after spraining his ankle in a work out for the Hornets.


The big winner in the 2008 games Michael Phelps will not have a chance to go for 8 metals. He failed to qualify in the 200 free today. He will now compete in 7 events.


Allyson Felix qualified for the 100 and 200 meter run today. This was after Jeneba Tarmoh decided not to compete in a run off for that would been for the spot. Felix has said she wanted to do the run off to legitimize her spot.


One of the biggest athletes in the world David Beckam announced he will not be in this Olympics this year. He will be replaced by Ryan Griggs.


Usain Bolt is back to working out and running after two very shocking loses to Yohan Blake. The man who was regarded as the fastest man in the world has 33 days to get back to his old form.


US women won their third street Volleyball Grand Prix


Wallace Spearmon took another step in forgetting about  his disqualification at the Beijing Olympics by overcoming a slow start to win the 200-meter final in 19.82 seconds at the U.S. trials.


The US women gymnastic team chose their Fab Five they are,  Gabby Douglas,  McKayla Maroney,  Aly Raisman,  Kyla Ross , and  Jordyn Wieber


NBA player Ben Gordan will not play for Great Britten in this years games after failing to link up with the team. This leaves Luol Deng as the only NBA player on the team.


Nastia Liukin struggled early on in her trials by falling right on her face. She got up and put up a respectable performance but will not be competing this year.


Tonight at 8 pm on NBC there will be Olympic trails for swimming.
