HEAT VS THUNDER NBA FINALS GAME 3 PREVIEW
Today is game 3 of the NBA finals. A huge game for both teams. With the series returning to Miami and with the 2-3-2 format game 3 can go a long way in deciding  who will win the series. If games one and two are any indication of how game three will be we are in for a treat. The first two games have gone the same way for the most part. With The Heat taking over early and The Thunder coming on strong in the forth led by Kevin Durant. After these first two games we are sure to see adjustments from both these teams
For OKC the big question is how will Russel Westbrook run the point and the game. Westbrook has shot the ball over 50 times in the first two games, and at times has made very poor decisions. The thing is The Thunder are 29-8 when Westbrook takes the most shots and 27-14 when Durant takes the most shots. So what really is better for OKC? Another big thing for The Thunder is how will they get James Harden more involved when other then the 1st half of game 2 has been a ghost this series. To me The Thunder should just keep playing there game the way they have been doing it but, just get Harden and Durant a little bit more shots. Westbrook needs to score and keep his aggressiveness for The Thunder to have a chance especially with the starting unit out there. Westbrook helps keeps all the attention off the three time scoring champ and opens things up for everyone else so he needs too keep playing his game.
For Miami it is very simple. Let LeBron fill up the stat sheet, let Chris Bosh get his 15 and 15,and let Dwyane Wade be Dwyane Wade. The big three had 80 of the Heats 100 points in game two. Also got a lot of timely threes from Shane Battier. The big thing for the Heat is to defend and keep there defensive intensity through the whole game. They cant start off strong and let OKC back into another game.. I think tonight we will see LeBron put up his usual near triple double, numbers Bosh get a double double, and I think tonight is the game where Dwyane Wade shows why he is one the top players in the game and why he is big time I see Wade having a monster game.
The key to game three is how the start goes. If Miami starts off fast at home they have a very good shot at taking game three. If The Thunder come out fast then all bets are off because Miami isnt a team that can really come back from behind. From the start of the series I thought Miami was gonna take game 3 no matter what. I think tonight Dwyane Wade will be the difference he will take this game over from start to finish and give The Heat game 3 104-97.
