WHO IS THE BEST YOUNG PLAYER IN MLB?     Major League Baseball is at a point right now where there are a lot of young players that are coming up and making a name for themselves. Players like Stephen Strasburg, Andrew McCutchen, Jay Bruce, Justin Upton and Bryce Harper to name a few. The question is who is the best? I think its Clayton Kershaw who at  23 years old won the NL Cy Young last year and in the processes of doing that got the triple crown for pitchers by leading the NL in ERA WINS and STRIKE OUTS. He also won a gold glove last year for being the best fielding pitchers in all of baseball. At 23 he is one of it not the best pitcher in baseball and is only getting better. He pitches in LA in one of the biggest markets in baseball and for the Dodgers who along with the Yankees, Red Soxs, Giants, and Cardinals have a great history and tradition. The kid is big time in every sense of the word. Like I said hes only getting better which is scary for the National League.

As for the best pitcher younger than 23 years old, Kershaw, Strasburg, Madison Bumgarner, and Chris Sale all come to mind.

As for the best hitter younger than 22 years old, Giancarlo Stanton, Mike Trout, Bryce Harper, and Starlin Castro all come to mind.
