NBA Draft 2012: Sleepers

The NBA draft is less then 24 hours away and while we know Anthony Davis will go number 1 not much is known after that. Here we have 5 players who could go anywhere from the mid first round to the second round and produce big time for the team that gambles on them.

5. Darius Johnson Odom- DJO is an undersized SG but he's one of the most athletic and tough players in this draft. The lefty can flat out shoot the rock and he's a pest on defense too. He's will go somewhere in round 2 and be a nice addition to whoever takes him.
4. Royce White- White is a legit point-forward. He did everything for his team in college. He's got great size and just needs to get a more consistent jumper. There's no doubting this kids skill and talent but he does have anxiety issues which might scare GM's off. Whatever team takes a flyer on the kid afraid to play is getting a nasty player.

3. Evan Fournier- Fournier will probably be the only euro taken in the 1st round. He's got good size at 6'7" and he handles the ball well. He's a solid shooter and the best thing about him is his age. He's only 19 and gets better every time he steps on the court. He's projected to go in the 20's and whatever team lands him is getting good value because in a few years Fournier will be great.

2. Quincy Miller- If not for a December 2010 ACL injury Miller would be a top 10 pick. I wish he would've stayed at Baylor but he decided it was best to jump to the league. He's got great size at 6'10" and has a similar game and build to Kevin Durant. Now he's no KD obviously but he does have a nice jumper and good range for a guy his height. If he gets his athleticism back he's going to be a scary player.
1. Will Barton- My top sleeper is Will "the thrill i'm better then kobe" Barton. How Barton isn't being mocked top 15 is beyond me. He can flat out score the rock. He gets to the rim at will and has a decent jump shot but just needs to be more consistent with that part of his game. He's 6'6" but really skinny. I don't see that hurting him as much as people say it will. Regardless, Barton has the offensive skills to be a very effective player in the league and will be.
