TOP 5 PLAYERS TO BUILD A TEAM AROUND....
The NBA has a tone of great young stars in the league right now. Player like LeBron James, Derick Rose, Kevin Durant, and plenty others. The question is who are the top 5 players you would build your team around?
5.) RAJON RONDO
To me the most underrated point guard in the NBA. Rondo has gone from the 4th wheel of the Boston Celtics championship team to now the best player on the Celtics. There is no better passing point guard in the league and no other point guard who controls the games better then Rondo. He is a triple double waiting to happen every time he steps on the court and he makes players around him better. You can put the right pieces around him and he can win you games. He is also one of the best big game players in the league. He proved that this year in the playoffs. His most impressive game was game 2 vs Miami when he put up 44 points. Rondo is gonna have a newer and younger team to work with now and with him as the center piece it will be interesting to see how he will fair now.
4.) KEVIN LOVE
Kevin Love the best power forward in the NBA. Who would of thought that but it has came to be a true statement. Mr Double Double himself Kevin Love. He can do it all at the power forward spot he can get you 15-20 rebounds he can hit the three pointer for you with time running out he can make a pass the guy can do it all. One of the hardest big men to defend in the NBA love can give you problems where ever he is on the floor.Love is a big part of the reason why the Wolves are considered one of the best young teams in the NBA and he is doing this as the building block that the Wolves front office building around him. This is the face of the franchise they have been missing since a guy name Kevin Garnet was there.
3.) DERRICK ROSE
Before i say anything i would like to say I am going to try to be unbiased with this part because I a huge Chicago Bulls and Derrick Rose fan. To me when healthy he is the best point guard in the NBA. The former league MVP the leader of the Chicago Bulls who in the last two years have had the best record in the NBA and most wins. Rose in one of the most special players in the league none can get to the basket like he can from the point guard position. Has a ever improving jump shot. A very underrated passing game and is the point guard for the best defense in basketball.The biggest case for Rose is this year when he went out with his ACL injury the bulls looked lost. The big question with Rose and the reason why he wasn't higher how will he be when he comes back from his ACL injury. As a Bulls fan I hope he comes back to the old Rose but most importantly for the league he comes back as the same Rose cause there isnt a better person in the NBA then Derrick Rose.
2.) LeBron James
Its hard to think hes only 27 years old, but the 3 time MVP is just starting to hit his prime which is scary. The man who many not only consider the best player in the league but one of the greatest talents EVER in the league. James is a stat stuff the guy dose it all you cant say anything about him as far as that goes. He also to below average Cavs teams in his years in Clevland to places where with out lebron they would of never went to. There is no player EVER that can drive to the basket like LeBron with his size and speed. Also other then Magic Johnson and Oscar Robinson in the history of the NBA there is no player that size that can pass the way he could. I think he is one of the top 3 passers in the NBA. He also in my opinion is the best defender in the NBA no player can defend 5 positions like LeBron dose. The one thing that has held LeBron back is his play in big games and big moments, but as we are seeing this year he is slowly starting to quiet that talk a little with his play this season.

The best scorer in the NBA and just maybe the best player in the NBA. Kevin Durant is big time and is everything you want in you superstar. Quiet, leads by example ,and just wants to play basketball three great traits that Durant has. Probably the hardest player in the league to guard with his 6'9 frame it is almost impossible to guard his jump shot. The most impressive thing is is him starting to defend the best player on each team as show in this years NBA playoff when he has guarded Kobe and LeBron.The two things that won this for KD is one the way he plays in big games and in the forth quarter. In the Spurs series there was time in the 4th quarter that no matter where he shot the ball he was making it the bigger the stage and moment KD is at his best as we are seeing right now in the finals with the way he has played in these first two games 18 forth quarter points in game one and 16 in game two. The last thing that locked it up for me is the day after LeBron made the decision and the day before him and the big 3 celebrated in Miami Durant tweeted hes staying for 5 more years in OKC no big TV special or going on sportscenter he just tweeted it. Give me guys like Durant and Rose every day those are the type of guys I want players who are quiet and just want to play basketball.
