Tonight might be the night LeBron James has been waiting for his whole career. A chance to win a NBA championship. LeBron and the Heat are up on the Thunder 3-1 in the NBA finals with game 5 at home for Miami. LeBron has been nothing short of great this whole playoff run and in the finals. For him to get his championship hes gonna have to play that way tonight.
This game is gonna have a game 7 feel to it with everyone knowing whats at stake both ways. For the Heat its a chance to win a championship and to validate not only LeBon but the big three for making the move to the Heat. For the Thunder this is a chance to keep there championship hopes alive and to bring back this series the best home court in basketball with them having the mind set of having to win two home games to win a championship.
For Miami to win they just have to keep doing what they have been doing these last three games. Let the big three do what they can do , play defernse , and get timely shooting from the role players. For the Thunder they need the big three to step up in Harden, Durant, and Westbrook. In game 4 Westbrook was the only one that looked like he wanted to take the big shots. With Durant and Harden passing up big shots. Mainly Harden who has been a ghost this whole series.
I picked the Thunder in 6 when this whole thing started. Obviously it cant happen now. My heart and my head are telling me two different things. My heart is telling me the Thunder and my head is telling me the Heat. I am gonna have to go with the Heat and my head. The way LeBron is playing and also the fact that Dwyane Wade is looking like his old self its hard to go against the Heat especially with them at home. I got the Heat winning 96-89 LeBron wins MVP and finally gets his ring...
