Who is the best fighter in MMA? 
   MMA is turning into one of the biggest sports in the world and right now in my opinion the two best fighters in the world are Anderson Silva and Jon Jones. The question right now is who is the best? This right now is a dream fight that a lot of MMA fans want to see. They are the two best and most talented fighters in the world im gonna make my case for both and then say who i think is the best.
 
  Jone Bones Jones the youngest champ in UFC history has walked through the UFC Light Heavyweight Division beating guys like Ryan Badder, Stephan Bonnar, Maurcio Sho Gun Rua, Quinton Rampage Jackson, Lyoto Machida , and Rashad Evans. He has beaten all of them with no problem. Since March 2011 he has beaten four former UFC champs in  Maurcio Sho Gun Rua, Quinton Rampage Jackson, Lyoto Machida , and Rashad Evans. He has done all this at the age of 24 years old. He has the longest reach in MMA has a style that you cant train for and is well rounded everywhere. His next title fight is in September vs the man who many consider one of the greatest of all time in Dan Henderson. A win vs Hendo would make Bones at the age of 24 one of the best 205 ponders ever and hes only getting better.
 
   Anderson Silva has had a pretty good UFC career. Hasnt lost EVER in the UFC has had the UFC Middle Weight belt since 2006. Has beaten former champs Rich Franklin (twice) , Dan Henderson , Vitor Belfort, and the former 205 pound champion Forest Griffin in one of the most dominate fights ever. The man has been dominate in every fight hes had in the UFC. The one fight he wasnt dominate in was his 2010 fight with Chael Sonnen where he lost every round and was about to lose the fight until he would by submison with two minutes left in what many consider one of the greatest comebacks ever. Many say he is the best all time at worst top three. What hes done in the past 8 years is amazing hes a once in a life time fighter. He rematches his biggest rival in July in Chael Sonnen in one of the biggest fights ever.
 
  Now back to the question we started with who is the best? How do you judge it? Do you go by legacy thats no fair Anderson Silva has Jones beat there. Do you go by most recent accomplishments? Thats Bones his 2011 was the best year ever for a fighter in many fans eyes. The best way I can answer it is if you match these two up in a fight how would it turn out. Silva has some of the best striking ever but Bones is right there when you throw in his reach and the way he throws from anywhere its so hard to hit him. Bones has great take downs and Andersons take down defense isnt the best. So if you ask me I think Jon Bones Jones would win and I also think he is the best fight in MMA right now. This question is why MMA is so great there is people out there who may agree with me and people who dont. There may even be someone that thinks theres another fighter better. This is a question that will never go away in MMA.
