Roger Clemens found not guilty....Is Cooperstown

next?

Roger Clemens might of had the biggest win of his life today. Today Clemens found out that he was found not guilty on all six counts he was charged on for steroid use. This case has been going on since 2008 which has seen two verdicts one with a miss trail and the verdict for today. For Clemens this makes him move away from the legal system and back to his family and look forward to getting back to baseball in some way. Clemens name will be brought up on this years Hall of fame ballot which will have other first timers like Barry Bonds, Craig Biggo, Mike Piazza, Sammy Sosa, Curt Schilling, and already on the ballot Mark Mcgwire. The interesting thing about this group is other then Schilling and Biggio all these players have been linked to steroids, and it has been a un written rule that if your linked to steroids you are not going to the hall.

Now with Clemens name legally beening removed from possible steroid use should he get in? I think he should he is one of the greatest pitchers of all time. The fact he did what he did was impressive with or with out steroids. I also do feel that all these players who have used should be in but have a few years to wait. Baseball has had all these different types of ERAs and players have gotten into the hall of fame the steroid ERA at this point should be no different.
